Dao Yin Shu (List of Moves)
Initial Stance – Prepares practitioner mentally and physically for the exercises.
Starting Stance – Causes clean Qi to rise and Turbid (murky/pathogenic) Qi to descend. Improves qi and blood circulation, warming toes and fingers.
- Drawing a Bow (Wan Gong) – Stimulates internal organs, stretches neck and shoulders. Lung Meridian.
- Stretching the Back – Stretches shoulders and back. Helps keep eyes healthy. Liver and Gall Bladder Meridians.
- Wild Duck Swimming – Tones the waist area and relaxes the shoulders. Stomach Meridian.
- Stretching the Waista – Regulates the flow of Qi. Promotes mental tranquility. Conception Vessel and Kidney Meridians.
Note: Student will be expected to have attended an Experience Reiki class.
