Classes

We offer a variety of Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and Reiki classes. All of our classes are delivered virtually, which means that you can join from the comfort of your own home!

Our classes are a mix of guided trainings and refinement sessions. Guided trainings are classes led by our instructor, Kelly. Practice sessions are video sessions run by Kee (and Chloe!) to keep your trainings fresh.

Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day.

Experience Subtle Energy

Energy, vibration, frequency. These terms are becoming more and more commonplace as scientists
learn more about what makes up the world and everything in and around it, including us.

There is a subtle energy that runs through and around us that, with practice, can be felt. We all feel it already to some degree, but may not recognize that’s what it is. Have you ever met someone and immediately felt comfortable in their presence? Or the opposite? You can’t place your finger on it, but something about them makes you feel uncomfortable or drained? That’s energy!

Subtle energy is…subtle. It takes a bit of practice to feel it, but once you can, it can lead you towards a more peaceful and joyful life. Join us as we learn some simple techniques to begin opening up our ability to feel.
