Slipper Camp

It’s a bedtime bootcamp!

Brush your teeth, get your fuzzy slippers on, and join us for a guided meditation that will help you wind down for the evening and prime you for a good night’s rest.

You’re welcome to wear your pajamas, or whatever you feel comfortable in. As long as you’re wearing clothes, we’re good!

Once you’ve attended Introduction to Slipper Camp, you’re welcome to join us for our 3-Day Slipper Camp.
