Meet Our Team
Your Instructor
Kelly Hong-Williams is a certified Tai Chi and Chinese Health Qigong instructor, Reiki master, and Compassion Key practitioner. She is inspired by those who have a sincere desire to heal themselves and is honored to support them on their journey. Kelly loves teaching, and her deep commitment to energy work drives her continuous study and personal growth. She believes that healing is an ongoing journey that can transform both the student and the teacher.
Kelly has been certified by the Tai Chi for Health Institute, the Chinese Health Qigong Association, and the International Center for Reiki Training. She has established herself as an accomplished instructor in the mind-body wellness community, and is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association. Her commitment to her craft is evident through her ongoing education, including holding the fourth rank in Yang Family Tai Chi, which reflects her dedication to the practice.
Over the years, Kelly has had the privilege of teaching in a variety of settings, including the Peace Health Cancer Center in Bellingham, where she guided patients through Tai Chi and Qigong practices to support their healing process. Additionally, she served as an instructor for staff and faculty at Western Washington University, where she shared the transformative benefits of Tai Chi and energy practices with a diverse group of individuals.
With her compassionate approach and deep knowledge of the body-mind connection, Kelly is dedicated to helping her students achieve personal healing, growth, and vitality. Her teachings go beyond technique, focusing on fostering a sense of community, mindfulness, and inner peace.
